Robert Fratoni
Director of Product Management
I have always had a passion for data. What can it tell me? What am I missing? What can I do? Knowing the right information leads to better decisions and understanding. Feeling confident in your knowledge changes one’s outlook and self-worth.
I was fortunate to have parents that knew what information they needed to support my education. They provided the structure I needed to grow. Not all families have this. One Green Apple’s ability to help families understand where their child stands and what they can do to better position their child for success motivates my efforts in product management.
How do we accomplish this? We listen. We listen to parents, teachers, administrators, and support staff to understand their issues and concerns. We brainstorm ideas and turn these into product tasks that improve our software. Like OPUS, I coordinate with a varied group of experts to get the maximum potential out of the team, and make sure we answer the customers’ needs. I oversee the product life cycle, constantly improving our technology,
Together, we strive to make it easy and effective for parents and teachers. We help them weave a safety net for the child through open communication and to set goals that better the child’s future.
